Ripped in 30?

I know that their is 30 Day Shred, which i am on level 3 now and will be done with soon.
As i am over weight and i'm looking for the positive results there hasn't been any weight loss but i haven't been eating like i should be along with it..

Thats not my question, has anyone done ripped in 30 by Jullian Micheals and seen results and liked it?
I ordered it this evening and i wanted to know what everyone else thought about it as well.

    I have it!! I am actually going to see if I can do it every day in September! Its longer than the 30 day shred (20 min vs 30 min)

    Well, the actual workout of 30 Day Shred is about 20 minutes. The rest is filled with talking, instructing and stretching.

    Today is my rest day, I said that yesterday but then I did my RI30 but today I shall lay low. I have worked out for 7 days straight so it is just as important to rest as to workout. Have a great day everyone.

    Day 2 of RI30 and I still like it. Sweat like crazy and HR is way up there. I think the hardest for me is the side lunging with the upright raise. I am only using 3's on that, but a 10 KB on the dead lifts with upright rows, and 5's on the rest.

    How is everyone else doing?
  • I just finished Week 2 Day 1 of RI30 today. I also did 30DS before, just the level 1 though. I think RI30 is really more challenging. But for the 8 days I've been doing it, I haven't seen major changes yet especially in my waist and weight. However, I think my arms and legs have started to get more toned.. :)
