I'm new here & i was just wondering what kind of excersies you guys to to
loose weight?

    1) ChaLEAN Extreme (involves lifting weights, internals, and abds)
    2) Cardio (ie. running/walking stairs, speed walking, cycling)
    3) Yoga and X-Stretch (P90X)

    Just don't forget, being fit has EVERYTHING to do with what you eat.

    I lost 100 lbs and have maintained that loss by walking and working out at Curves. I have recently added in using the elliptical my parents bought to get in shape, but that's only when I'm visiting home from school.
