Biggest Loser Challenge-week 4 weigh-in

Hey all!! I'm glad you like the exercise idea. Tomorrow is weigh-in day and I hope everyone's week went fairly well, and if not don't get discouraged!
AND THIS NEXT WEEK IS THE LAST WEEK!!!! So keep your finishes strong!
Remember, post your weight from the very first weigh-in [from around new years], and then tomorrow you post what you lost this week as well as what you have lost overall so we can see who is in the lead,, etc... If you do not get at least 4 days of exercising for this next upcoming week you will be disqualified from adding your last week's poundage lost to your final score. aaah!! scary!

Hello!
I was able to get two days of exercise in (Thursday and Friday), so I think I qualify for this week. I was a little bummed that I didn't get weekend workouts in, but something to strive for! At least I'm still headed in the right direction. This has actually been a great month for me! I think this challenge is just what I needed!

my goal this week is to break 160, get 4 days of exercise in (today i'm going for a 30 min run), and get lots of water!!
If you can or want to, try posting something you're doing to lose every day or so, make the last week more suspenseful!
also, if you guys would like to do another month of this next month?? let me know! I'm totally done for it!0 -
oh and misprint!!! I started at 164 not 160, got numbers mixed in my head! I would be tyed with izzypup and renaegry at a total 4 pounds lost overall!0

Went to step aerobics last night and burnt 764 cal. Then this morning did level one of BL cardio max for a burn of 324, and then did level one of power scult for a burn of 241. Hope everyone is doing well.0

I still can't use my foot... bummer. The doc said I could swim, so I guess I will give that a shot. Let's hope I don't drown! LOL:laugh: I have trouble not eating 2 hrs before bed. It's 8 now, I just finished dinner and I still need to eat an apple to hit my calories. I am also still having problems eating my calories. I will have 1271 and am susposed to eat 1550 cal. I still feel like I am eating all day. After next week will we create a new thread? Emilysuzanne, you are very inspiring. Thank everyone for all you do......0 -

haha thanks izzypup Yeah I think I will create a new thread for next months:) let's entitle it ... "Rockin it out month 2" or something, haha, any ideas for a better title/theme/challenge? or we could make our own group name since it seems to just be us 5 now. just an idea
Oh and izzypup- ideas for working out on a bad foot: jumprope on one foot jk, pilates, yoga, pushups, crunches, or weights, I think those should count. whatever you can do will work and for getting enough calories in, i know from experience its easy to go over with liquid beverages, one of my weaknesses. like orange juice. love tropicana. mmdelish.
Thanks sylvie for letting us know where you are at! That's two of us at a 2-3 pound gap ahead of the group! AAAHH!!
renaegry! You're workouts are incredible! i wish i had the stamina and motivation to do all that so frequently! good work capt.

Hey the name sounds good to me, I just find it difficult to always find the new threads. I am still getting the hang of this site. Yea, I tried the jump rope on one foot... Didn't work for me! LOL I love yoga so maybe I will try some of that. I will do crunches and arm weights. I guess I should be more diligent about that. Is the sun ever going to come out here in St. Louis? Hope everyone is doing well. I try to stick to a 5 day workout week. This is the first time ever I have actually stuck with it. Going hard since Jan 1. Scale is bouncing back and forth. Those pounds I lost last week are back, but I have lost an inch around thighs and 1/2 inch around waist, so that is big for me.
I just got my butt kicke in step aerobics tonight. They ran it in boot camp style. My legs and abs are killing me. Managed to burn 715 cals. So far this week I have burned 2450 cals. Might just do some circuits tomorrow of Jillian's No more trouble zones. Definately wont be doing any leg work, will rest them for Friday when I will do BL cario max, and BL power sculpt.
I think the name sounds good as well.0 -

LOST A POUND. Yay, i was very happy with these results because its the first weight loss i've had in 2 week and it took me out of the 190'S FINALLY!!!!! This makes 4 and half pounds I have lost for the month. I haven't weighed this much since my junior year of H.S. I am very happy and more deterimined than ever to get out of the 180's. That is going to be my next goal in the next month and a half. See ya all around.

Went for a 30 minute run with my madre yesterday on a new part of the greenbelt we just found, easy run, but glad I got out there.
So new thread name for next month will be "Rockin it out month 2" and i found that if you click the 'search' button next to home, recent posts, my topics, signature,... and just type in the title of our posts, it pops up pretty easy. So I'll be sure to tell you all exactly what I title each week's new thread so you can find it easy as pie.0 -

Hi all
So today was the last day of the month and I went to do my measurement and weighed in. I normally don't weight in 2 times a week but on the last week of the month i usually do. Today i lost another 2 pounds and am at 187. That makes 7 Pounds for the month. And as for my measurments, i went down 2 inches on my hips and waist. I am feeling pretty good and i hope all of you had success this month. Lets do it all over again in February
