hello,
my name is Tracy and I am new to this site, loving what i see so far, what a valuable tool. I lost about a stone on Atkins last year around June, then joined weight watchers, did ok on the diet for about 6 months lost another 3 stone, but then lost interest in it and lost heart with my group at the same time so after gaining a stone back i decided to go back on the Atkins. I did miss the online support and now have got this place will NEVER miss it again!!!! fantastic i have the app too so feeling pretty good about it all.
I am doing the induction stage and plan to stay on it because i am not very good at counting measuring etc etc and at the moment i am happy that way, i will have to master owl at some point though.... sigh so need all the help i can get.
looking to get and give support and make some new friends and get some valuable tips xx

Hi Tracy
Welcome :flowerforyou: .
Everyone is very helpful here. I always go on the principle that you can never have too many friends for support because someone will always answer.
Feel free to send me a friend request.

Hi.
I'm doing low carb too. In the past, I lost 50 lbs that way, but then I became less motivated and gined 20 lbs back. I decided my 18th birthday was a great day to take a step towards a new life and a new me. Feel free to add me. The encouragement and accountability that comes from friends is amazing. I have been on MFP for a week and everyone has been wonderful.0 -
