Is this OK?

Some days, I am just not hungry. I can force myself to eat, but only so much, and I usually end up coming in 300ish calories under my goal for the day, sometimes more. I've tried forcing myself to eat more on these days, and it makes me feel very ill and tired. Other days, I'm very hungry, and I'll go over by one to two hundred calories. If I am sticking to my calorie budget on these always-hungry days, I feel light-headed and space out a lot. Most days I'm within 100 calories of my goal, but I'd say I have "not hungry" days every other week or so, and "always hungry" days one to two days after them. Is this ok?

You need to eat enough calories to keep your body from thinking it is starving. If your body switches to starvation mode, it stores all calories as fat (not good). So you could lose weight, and become much less healthy. The best advice is to be careful to eat enough, but if you are not hungry, dont force yourself to eat.0
