Really needing some motivation today. The sun is glorious and the BBQ is calling :blushing: !

I'm always looking for friends to help and stop me from getting sidetracked, before my goals even get started. So feel free to send a request.

    I live in Derbyshire but work in Coventry and its glorious here. Just wish I was out there instead of the office :(

    It's about 21 degrees, hardly any breeze and when there is beer in the fridge it is not very conducive to dieting. Oh well water for me!!

    Glad your day is sunny. Just remember to fill up on "safe foods" before the BBQ. Drink that water and bring on the fruit and veggies. You can do it.
