Monday Weigh In

So I almost made it a week without weighing in, LOL I peaked on Saturday. :blushing:

I lost 1 pound since last Monday. How did everyone else do?

    Three pounds down, one pound up, so two pounds net down for the week. (I'm a daily weigher, set for 1 pound a week.)
  • weighed in this morning (my last weigh in was friday) i've lost 3.1 pounds over the weekend

    3lbs!! Thats the most i've lost in one week for a looooooooooooooooong time after being on a major plateau so i'm happy!

    I weighed in this Saturday at Weight Watchers meeting lost 4 pounds last week - bringing total lost to 76

    I lost one this week also :) Which I was kind of bummed about at first, but given that I know I could have had more self control in the eating department ;) and how humid it is, I will DEFINITELY take it!! lol I am hoping this means big numbers next week :D

    I officially weigh in every Monday but I step on the scale every morning. I lost 2.8 lbs since my last weigh in but the ticker only shows 1. I'm so neurotic about this weight loss thing that I can't have it show more than 20 lbs at a time...I started 4-17-12 at 230.0 lbs and today I am at 209.8. Go me!! (Damn this is hard)

    had a 5 pound lost in two weeks - i only weigh every two weeks and do it on friday's so that when there is a loss, i continue to be motivated through the weekend. *smile*

    I lost 0.6 kg (just over a pound) in the last week, which puts me at 64.8 kg. 65 kg was my goal for the past three years, and I haven't weighed 65 kg since I was 15 (I'm 25 now). I don't think I've realized yet how awesome it is, but it'll probably hit me in a few days. I can see that I still have a couple of kg to go, but when I was bigger 65 kg just seemed so out of reach that I didn't dare dream of less.

    one pound since sat :) Only weighed sat cus my bf wasnt here on my weigh in day, so did it then instead! These are chemist scales- i dont record my home scales x well done too!

    dwn three pounds from 08/28 to 09/03 so 3lbs in a week :) i aim for 3-3.5lbs a week so right on target. expecting better results soon since ive lowered my sodium in take to lower then allowed daily. my first three weeks i averaged 4.3lbs a week. it feels great to finally be under the weight i was when i delivered my son 18months ago!! :drinker:

    I always figure any weight loss in hot weather is a triumpth. Congrats!
  • My 'official' weigh-in and measurements are Tuesdays, since I started Paleo last Tuesday.
    But I've been hopping on the scale every morning - not sure why.
    Anyway, so far I'm down 3-4 pounds!
    Really I just want my measurements to go down, so I'm definitely only doing those one a week.

    I weigh-in every day but record only my Monday weigh-in. Lost a lb this week...a very frustrating lb....since I have another 50lbs to go.

    Lost 1.4# since last Monday. I have up and down days a lot, so I keep looking at weekly and monthly losses. Only 100# to go. :drinker:

    I lost 2 lbs this week after two weeks with no weight loss. I had to figure my TDEE and found out I wasn't eating enough. Raised up my calories by lowering to a 1 lb a week goal and tada lost some weight. Never thought I could do it that way.
