Daily Nutritional Goals for the South Beach Diet: Phase 1

I just started South Beach Diet Phase 1 and Im struggling to find out an accurate breakdown on what my Daily Nutritional Goals should be.
Can anyone help?

The only thing I was able to find was this breakdown: Carbs 10%, Protein 50% and Fat 40%
