Cathe Fans - Calories Burned??

Since MFP does not "count" calories for strength training, I have not been entering my workouts or counting any calories burned. For the most part, I eat back half to all of my other exercise calories - but since I'm not counting strength calories, I don't eat those back. I have been on a major plateau the last three weeks and am worried that I am not eating enough and that part of the reason is not counting those strength training calories. So I want to get a better idea of how many calories I am burning.

So, Cathe fans, have you ever estimated how many calories you burn during the following workouts:
- Maximum Intensity Strength
- Power Hour
- Muscle Max
- Pyramid Upper Body
- Pyramid Lower Body
- Tall Step Challenge

    I completed Muscle Max today and i burned 339 calories doing the program. I used my Polar FT7 to track calories burned and then i just logged it under the Cardio section (even though it's strenght). I actually do this for all my workouts to ensure that i am eating enough calories.
