Been here a month now, thought maybe I should say HI!

I found out about this site through my Mom and Sister who have been here over a year..they have done very well! I thought I would FINALLY join, though I didn't have a scale to weigh in with until a couple weeks ago..I have A LOT of weight to lose but I think I can do it!
Thanks to the "owners" of MFP for having something like this that we can use to live healthier and lose weight!

I am married and have 2 teenagers, our son just graduated High School in June and is starting college this month, our daughter will be a Sophomore in High School...we have 3 cats and a dog...
