Not a girl, but losing fat in general will eventually result in the loss of breast fat. Just create a calorie deficit, that's it. ;)

    Donate it to me!!!
In all seriousness, are you doing strength training? Couple cardio and strength training and you'll see a bit more progress than just doing cardio.
I've been doing both for years, but I did see a lot more toning in my arms, back, and chest, when I started to practice pushups (3 sets of 25 reps) every other day. Start on your knees. Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your knees. Practice several times a week.

lift weights, it'll work the tatas too. I haven't really heard of someone wanting smaller boobs, but to each her own. Lol...

You can't spot reduce fat. Try some resistance exercises that work on your pectoral muscles. The more toned they are, the better they can hold up the twins ;)

For the most part it will drop on its own. Mine are down to very small. Careful what you ask for. Your body will drop fat where it decides too, you have no control over it. Get to the lean level you want and then go from there.

And if you get lean enough lilke me and lift heavy, well it will NOT make them bigger! I would have to either gain fat or get surgery neither of which I'm willing to do. Not that I am against the common surgery, I just feel at my age in life why bother. My husband likes me the way I am and he's the only one I care about besides myself regarding that. LOL

Wish I knew or I would help you. I just lost all of my boob fat after couple months of working out. Not really happy about it though but I am trying to accept it.

intersting topic!! but I get it.. I myself am a 40 DD and i have firm ta ta's!! not blubbery messy kind! (naturally at higher wt or less) but am a 38 D when at my goal wt) (int he past)....
mine are like a firm A or B but huge! lol... so i get what you mean.. you want more of the perky/nice breasts?
i agree with other peeps that push ups and strength training can help.. but sometings are just how we are naturally
and I know a lot of women are bummed cuz they loose too much boob during wt loss!! so dont wish them away too much! lol :indifferent:

Some people have unusually huge boobs...and it makes them hang. I am assuming she wants them smaller and firmer to be more "alert"!! LOL

My sister was always a small person..5'3" and about 110. Her chest is HUGE and gives her horrendous back problems. Not everyone loves big boobs. :noway:
