I am new 'my Fitness Pal'an am having difficulty in entering what I had for breakfast as it is not in the food tracker - how do I track eating 'Home cooked oat eal with 1/2 banana tsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon and tsp for chopped nuts and raisins - I tried entering this to no avail - hence I cannot track what I had for breakfast. h e l p!

Try Entering all of the components individually. If it is something you eat all the time you should be able to save it as a meal.0

Yup- that's exactly what you would track.
Oatmeal
Banana
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Chopped nuts
Raisins
It's a pain the first time, but next time you can add them quickly because they'll be commonly used foods for you. Sounds yummy!0 -
You can also add it all in as a recipe and then next time you eat the same thing, pick it from your recipes.0

You could also enter it as a recipe (under tools). Then if you eat that particular configuration often, it will just be there and you can just enter it once rather than the separate components.0

I put things like that in as a recepie. That way when I have it again I don't have to enter each item all over.0
