    My knee went out on me today, so the ride I planned will not be happening. Hopefully it will clear up quickly, it seems to be, and I can get out biking again soon.

  • I am in, it is a stationary bike but I have 20 miles already this month.
  • I'm in. There is two biking challenges going on for September, and since my goal on the other one was 200 miles, I will piggy back with this one.

    9/1/12- 25.7 miles
    9/2/12- 3.7 miles on mountain bike
    9/3/12- 5.57 miles

    August's challenge was great, so I'm definitely in for September (Goal: 200+ miles) ...

    *With the sunrise coming later and the sunset coming earlier, getting "out" to ride may be limited to the weekends now (and longer rides) ... But I am heading back to spin class on Mon., Wed. and Fri. mornings, so I'll also be using mileage from those rides towards my totals.

    I must say a sore sweaty bottom isn't very comfortable (just thought I would share that with you), I'm sure are plenty of you out there that agree.

    I'm in too! Though I just joined a more realistic "100 mile cycle" challenge. (by realistic, I mean realistic for me personally). But why stop at 100? that's my philosophy!
