Exercising with Fibromyalgia

I am 56 yrs old and have fibromyalgia, too. Since February I have started eating more healthier things (though I do cheat a bit), and I am up to walking almost every day.. I started out just walking for 15 minutes every other day, then went to 1 mile every other day, then 1 mile every day and then 2 miles everyday.. Right now I go between 1 and 2 miles everyday, sometimes more.. But it is a struggle.. I pray for strength everyday and once I'm walking I feel better, but I do have to push myself. I love walking outside, but now that summer is coming and the heat and humidity, I will have to walk on my treadmill inside my cool house or use a dvd by Leslie Sansome on walking.. It isn't easy, but it is well worth it0

How do you keep the pain at bay. Walking is okay for me, but I want to work with the bands. If I do my elbows hurt for days. Any suggestions.0
