My trainer has only given me 2 leg exercises and I don't get my program done for another month.
So far she has a swiss ball in my back against a wall, dumbells in each hand and doing standard squats.
The other exercise is just plain old leg press.

I don't like walking lunges at all... so any other advice or leg moves people??

Many thanks,

Why don't you do real squats with a barbell on your back?

Squats, deadlifts...you don't really need much else. Maybe calf raises as an accessory lift?
  • Is there a reason why your trainer only gives you 2 exercises a month? I'm 33 and I love weight training. I just lost all my baby weight from changing my nutrition and lifting weights with 3 different 30 day schedules. I'll be happy to help you for free if you want to save money :) I know it's overwhelming at times, but it's so rewarding once you get the hang of it. Add me if you want. Good luck !!

    Barbell Squats
    Romanian Deadlifts
Lunges holding dumbbells (I hate them too but they're very effective)
    ...and some calf work.

Just because you don't like walking lunges isn't an excuse not to do them. I HATE them and do them twice a week.

Barbell back squat, front squat, squat jump, box jump, box squat, deadlift, lunges, GHR'S, and overhead squat are a few that come to mind.
