So i want to loose 15-20 pounds. I would like to loose it by April..my sisters birthday is April 9th and she is super skinny(she is actually too skiny) but we'll all be going out because she is turning 21 so I want to look really good. I have'nt set up any mini goals before then because I'm not really sure what is practical.

if you only have 15-20 pounds left to lose, a reasonable goal is 0.5-1 pound a week. that is doable, and will but you right around your goal by the time april rolls around.
good luck to you!0 -
How tall are you because a goal of 115 lbs might be too much to lose for you?0

nahh im only 5'. the average weight for short people like me is like 98-120ish0 -
I would set your goal for a .5 to 1 lb loss a week. The last 10 usually come of slow but that way is healthier anyway.0

Okay guys - my Mom is saying a good idea is to eat the calories required for your ideal weight. I hadn't thought of doing this. I just thought to find out what the calories were required for my present weight and then reduce that by about 200 calories and see if I lose weight over time - I am going in two week increments because that's how Wii Fit does it and plan to lose 1 pound a week. I even forget how I figured out my target calories of 1200 a day!0

So your saying find out how many calories someone who weighs 110 eats and then eat that amount?0
