What's your favorite running songs?

I need to add to my running playlist...any suggestions? I don't like bad language because I like to be able to play my music at the dojo. Other than that, I like a wide range of music, new and old. OK, go!

  • If you like dub step, skrillex has no words but its just beats so its good to run to. Im not a big fan of it myself but it really gets me motivated. I also listen to 80's music. Like the outfield-your love, or take me home tonight. Also Katy Perry. Its good to get a rythem going listening to her!

for running, i listen to the chemical brothers when i'm getting tired. for intervals, i go with the prodigy.
i'm considering downloading some books to listen to for the longer runs now. but that's not music!
skrillex are great to run to. i also like Korn and (faster) metallica stuff. nine inch nails are great sometimes- especially for weights, and so are the foo's. imo.

Any of the faster songs by Muse. Such a great motivator.
When I'm near the end of a work out and feel like I'm about to give up I switch to Knights of Cydonia and it makes me power through!
  • Thanks everybody! You rock!
  • Powerhouse by Raymond Scott. haha
