Dirty Girl 5k

so last night some of my friends and I signed up for our first 5k... the dirty girl mud run... with lots of upper body obstacles... I AM SO FREAKIN NERVOUS.. it's not a timed event and we're basically going to push ourselves and just have a good time... it's at the end of october... any tips for training during the next month? i work out as often as i can, but ever since school kicked in again i haven't been as consistent at the gym...

No advice here because I signed up for my first Mud Run as well. Mine is at the end of September and I am excited, but quite nervous. I figure I will take it slow and just have fun!0

that's my plan... take it easy and just enjoy it... not turn it into a huge competition... i'm excited but nervous!!0
