Or should I just wait 'til the pharmacy opens tomorrow?

Yeah, I'm okay thanks. Got a bit of a niggle in the groin from running and I'm a bit torn between taking a week off or keeping training. I'm pretty new to running and can't do much better than ten K at a push yet and I've entered a 1/2 marathon in just over 2 months.

SO, I've got a lot of work to do in the next two months before I'm capable of finishing a 1/2 marathon BUT if I don't rest this groin muscle I'm gonna end up with an injury.

    ?

Try soaking in a bath of Epsom salts - they work a treat for niggles and aches :embarassed:
