Lemon Sugar Cookie help

I've been craving lemon cookies for a while now and want to make a healthy recipe but I need some input. I have a basic iead of a sugar cookie that will go well with lemon filling on the top but I'm unsure the calories and whether it will work. I'll write the recipe down with my ideas and if anyone could give me some pointers that would be fantastic.

1.5 cup flour (I want to use Almond meal/wholemeal if its better)
3/4 cup butter (I'm thinking max of 1/2 cups of low cal butter or maybe using half milk half butter instead)
1/2 cup honey
dash of lemon juice

Then the topping will be a low cal lemon pie mix/ lemon frosting

Does this sound like it will work? Or will I have to adjust for using almond flour?
