And while these numbers may look good to some, I am somewhat annoyed with myself. Allow me to explain. I have been stuck; literally STUCK at 180 for the last three months or the entire summer. I'm frustrated because I thought I 'd loose more by eating lots of fruits and veggies...NOT! Definately did too much drinking. Gotta get back to basics My new goal is to lose 4 lbs a month for the next 4 months.0 -
