Yes the scales gone up 4 times !! Today I'm
+ 3lbs and yesterday I did a 130 minute zumbathon & I've been 100% on plan all week but I've a chest infection, disappointment I used to get really really cross & upset now this is my life and gains will happen its totm ! So I stick at it
I love Zumba I go to 5-6 classes a week and walk loads I've also got the most amazing mfp buddies who have helped me so much
Please add me if anyone wants
