This is what happens every time I get pregnant...:( Always such a battle and nothing I can do to prevent this weight gain...doc says it's from my hormones going wacky when I am preggo.

Yeah, that's low, but that's what my weight would be if I suddenly dropped to 8% BF. It may go up. I know it will go down as I lose weight, but it will then go up as I build muscle. Now sure by how much though.0 -
