    This is what happens every time I get pregnant...:( Always such a battle and nothing I can do to prevent this weight gain...doc says it's from my hormones going wacky when I am preggo.

    my starting weight was 168 lbs
    current weight is 142 lbs
    and my weight goal is 115 lbs

    Most of my weight gained from my goal weight UP to my starting weight during 6 months in a treatment center. Have every intention of getting back there. I am halfway as of today!! Yay!

    Yeah, that's low, but that's what my weight would be if I suddenly dropped to 8% BF. It may go up. I know it will go down as I lose weight, but it will then go up as I build muscle. Now sure by how much though.

    The more time I spend on MFP and the more I learn, I am not sure if 127 will be the right number for me - I would like to end up toned and have some good lean muscle - so at this point I think I am going for a look more than a number and will probably aim to be between 122 - 135.

    Can't wait to see what the future holds!

    I workout at high intensity with a trainer 5 nights a week. I had back surgery on my L5 last year around this time and the ache was starting back up. I was worried about my body and what another surgery would mean. So it's time to be serious about this. My trainer has me eating 5 times a day in small amounts of veggies, protein (6oz per meal), and whole wheat breads or snacks. This keeps me satisfied so I'm not pigging out or having that 3pm chocolate craving. I feel stronger and I'm losing weight slowly but its steady. At this rate, I'm expecting to be at or near my goal weight by Valentine's Day.

    I am trying to stay positive and strong while I transition to a strong and fit individual. :)
