Beyond Diet- Worth the membership???

Happy Saturday, everyone.....

I recently joined My Fitness Pal, and am loving it.... Started looking at the Beyond Diet website for meal plans, etc... Does anyone use that site? Any thoughts? Just wanted to know if you thought it was worth the fee... Thanks:)

I guess my only question to you would be this: Why would you want to spend $47.00 on something that you could easily make your own meals, meal plans, etc?

I dont think I would invest in a 'site' that doesnt take current medical problems into consideration, current prescriptions taken - if any, etc.

For $47.00, I can purchase a large 40-50lb box of whole roaster chickens that would feed us for a couple of months when I think of the price, to be honest with you.
  • Beyond Diet is a great place for people who are looking for guidance when it comes to getting healthy and losing weight. There are places to ask questions and share your successes, as well as meal plans and a whole bunch of recipes. The manual contains the foundation of the Beyond Diet program, but there is SO much more other information found on the site. And the $47 is just a one-time fee, but you're a member for life.

Wow that sounds familar! *looks at the recipe and general info boards* for free...

With so much free information, why pay? You just have to know where to look.
