Hi

Just started 2 week ago and hope to loose 60 pounds at a rate of 2 pounds a week!
I'm doing 1000 caloriesw a day and dont find it too hard right now!
Just miss my macdonald, pizza and everything that taste good in the past!
I find learning to eat right by reading the label showed me hom much I didnt
know anything about food!
I feelling good alraidy and wish I did this long time ago!!
