Evening all

Hello all I'm Paul. 238lbs and 5'11. Have a target of 210lbs by Christmas. Then 168lbs by April 2013. Started a couple of days ago with the app and have really justed checked out the full site. Have to say I'm loving the tools already but it's great to know there is a community about as well. Have decided to only weigh once a week so no idea as yet if I've lost anything. But do really feel a lot better for ditching the crisp and chocolate based diet for and increase in fresh fruit and veg. Well there we go folks. Good luck and take care all.
