Sugar is my downfall!

I've only been watching my weight for a month or so, and I've been tracking my food and exercise here for just short of a week. I notice that I'm doing really well with my calories; most days, I have plenty left over! However, I consistently go over my sugar level. Should I be worried about this, or would it be alright to just concentrate on the calories? I have a huge sweet tooth, so its hard to cut down any more than I already have...

I have the same problem, but usually my sugar goes over because of fruit. I try to eat 2-3 pieces of fruit a day and even that sugar counts toward your totals. However, I don't worry about it so much, since fruit is healthy and filling. I think it depends on where your sugar is coming from.0

Yeah, mostly it seems to be fruit that gets me. I've cut out baked sweets almost completely. I'm glad that I'm not the only one!0
