This is what I do. The serving size is 2 and I usually make it after our workout in the mornings:
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
4 scoops protein powder (serving size is 2 so I put in 4 because it's for two people)
2 scoops creatine (serving size is 1 but I put 2 for two people)
1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries (or fresh)
Any other fruit I have on hand
1TB natural peanut butter
Blend. Drink. Yum.0 -
The one I had for breakfast this mornign is my favorite.
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 scoop of Click Mocha protein powder
1 oz chocolate sugar free Torani syrup
1 oz sugar free almond roca Torani syrup
8 oz light Silk soymilk
6 ice cube
Whiz it up in the blender. Better than any frozen frappe you can get at Starbucks!0 -

^ Those sound freaking amazing.
I don't have any super specific recipes as I wing it and change all the time, but I've come to add 3/4 oz to a full ounce of greens (radish greens, turnip greens, spinach, etc.) in any shake to give it more fiber and micronutrients... much more filling, you get calcium in, and you never notice the taste!
I also made a key lime pie one the other day with the juice of one line, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, and 3/4 ounce radish greens.0 -
1 cup of almond milk unsweetened
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. PB2 ( powdered peanut butter, awesome! )
1 1/2 TBsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 banana
1 scoop of whey protein vanilla prtoein powder
tons of ice
mix in blender and enjoy! comes out sooo good and tasty. yummm.
I have also added 2 Tablspoons of Davinci sugar free Caramel syrup to it too.0 -
I don't often make my shakes, I guess I am lazy, but I do drink EAS AdvantEDGE carb control with 17 g protein per 11 oz. It comes in Chocolate Fudge, Dark Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla, that I know of. They have around 110 calories, 3 Fat grams, and about 4 carbs. My doctor recommended the EAS protein powder to me before I had my RNY surgery, I could not drink the nasty tasting protein drinks they made in the hospital so he would bring me powder every day so I could get my protein in.0

When pressed for time, I use either almond/coconut milk or coconut water and add protein. Small change, but a huge difference, (IMO).
