    Excellent! Congratulations!!!! It is amazing how full of life you again feel when you are literally now hualing around another human being on your back. I weighted 240 at one time too and physically was in the same boat with aches & pains. You've added so much more life to yourself and your family I'm sure can see it and feel. Live strong!!!!
