Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard whey... Extreme Milk Chocolate flavor shaken in a blender bottle is my go to for a tasty protein shake. Blender bottle will help with the clumpiness found in other proteins. 130cal, 23g protein0

For something fast, I like the gnc lean 25. 25 g of protein. If I want something more filling, I make my own with 1 scoop of gnc pro preformance 100% whey (vanilla), 1 cup of almond milk, 1 tbs of coconut oil, and whatever frozen or fresh fruit I want to throw in. I mix all that in one of those magic bullets. Averages between 250 and 300 calories. That's my post workout meal, most of the time.0
