I started it this morning. I ask You, with great shame:blushing: , did any of you fall flat on your face before finishing the first circuit? I am really out of shape!0

This is my 2nd wk of Jillian workout killer buns and thighs. I already see a difference in my calfs which are getting stronger and more tone. I like the workouts because she adds cardio in it which helps burn calories. It is fun and about 45 min. It's a good workout. Only thing i dont like is that Jillian keeps talking about twitter people saying that her workouts are too easy. Other than that i will continue to get stronger and get to 2 and 3rd dvd0

I am a little confused as to how many days do we have to do each level..
I just finished my 30 day shred Now am planning to start KB&T..
Like how in 30DS, we were required to do each level for 10 days.. Is there anything like this for KB&T
Could someone please help me out..0 -
hi, i just started this dvd and for now i'm just doing it every other day only because i'm also doing shred and ripped. not actually sure what is recommended though0

Did one level the day before yesterday. It's quite challenging! The only thing I ate is Jillian's attitude in that DVD. She's super annoying, vulgar (well more than usual) and keeps making condescending comments.0

I started Monday. Did Monday and Tuesday, and by mid-day Tuesday I could hardly walk. Took Wednesay off, and was back at it this morning. I really like this one! It's a fun work-out, she switches things up alot, and other than her whining about people posting criticisms on twitter, she's pretty fun.
Plus I find I'm burning alot more calories on this one that 30 day shred.
Looking forward to seeing results -- with as much as my muscleas are hurting, I figure it must be working!0 -
i also love this dvd, i find it much more fun than her others and they're all laughing and happy which makes it easier to get through. i was so sore just after one workout of this which felt good!0
