I posted this on my wall, but this was so cool, I had to share it:
Okay, so last week I began taking my mountain bike out for a 45min trail ride...sometimes twice per day.
Initially I was creating a good habit and avoiding a bad one....this replaced possible evening snacking with no calorie burn to compensate.
Just wanted to report: That simple ride did amazing things for head-to-toe body tone!
Looks like I've been working out all over!
What's up with that?
I'm going to keep doing that!

I've been riding about the same, 45 minutes sometimes longer everyday. I hadn't really noticed a change until I started doing additional exercises. It's great fun though, I hope it's helping me like it's helped you! Great Job!0

I do think a mountain bike is more challenging to ride.
Makes you use your legs harder than on a road bike.
I did notice that difference, right away!
At any rate, love the off-road riding lots more.0
