    I notice the shape of my butt has changed...i dont know if it's my age (just turned 37) or what...i dont know what i can do to reshape it because of degenerative disc disease in my lower back and arthritis in my hip...any suggestions for reshaping?

    Squats and lunges :D It'll make your but a bit firmer

    Yes, I have noticed a change in my butt as well! Also I have lost several inches around my stomach and back so now I can see my curves in my shape. Very exciting!
