Does anyone else here follow a paleo diet?

I don't at present, but wouldn't mind giving it a go sometime. Since starting to try and lose weight I have pretty much given up eating bread anyway, but I do have Cornflakes for breakfast and rice/pasta/cous-cous or some other derivitive for dinner. If you're thinking of trying it out, let me know how it goes...I might join you!
