Coffee question

Coffee makes me feel really full. Does that happen with you? Nothing else I drink (besides soda or something carbonated) makes me feel full. I drink it with 1/3 of the cup filled with coffee, 2/3 filled milk and 2 tsp sugar. It's mostly milk but even when I drink milk by itself I don't get full.

Well, that coffee is about a meal! Between the sugar, the caffeine, and the protein and carbs in the milk, it makes sense you're feeling full after a cup.0

How large is your cup?0

How large is your cup?
Around 8 oz and I don't have coffee that often, maybe once a week.0 -

Probably that. Coffee isnt the problem for diet. Coffee has a plethora of health benefits. Its all the crap people load into it.0 -

So 6 ounces of milk plus two teaspoons of sugar.
If it's skim milk, that's roughly 100 calories per cup.0
