I feel like people ask this all of the time but I can't seem to remember what the answer is.. when you exercise is it bad if you eat the exercise calories or does it not matter? I don't just to be safe but I was just curious!

You need to eat all of your exercise calories, BECAUSE myfitnesspal has already calculated the calorie deficit BEFORE you exercised. It is important, otherwise you will be starving your body.0

I've found that it's bad when I don't eat the extra calories. It took me a very frustrating plateau to figure out that if I work out and then don't eat enough my body will go into starvation mode.0
