Jillian michaels - killer buns and thighs
Jillian michaels - 6 week six-pack

which one would you all recommend to do first?

I have 20lbs to lose and its being stubborn so I decided to change my routine, my extra weight is all over my body, in other words I dont have any "trouble zones" the 20lbs is distributed evenly lol So I thought maybe due to that the 30DS would be the best one to start with :)

I have no idea what content to expect from any of them but Ive heard lots of ppl say they are good and saw fantastic results through the before and after pics on here. :D

    I don't know much about the last two, but if it was me, I'd do 30 day shred first, then ripped in 30, from what I've read that seems to be like what a lot of people do, and what I plan on doing once I finish the shred :) Good luck :D

    I've done all of them except Killer Buns and Thighs and would recommend 30 day shred and then follow the order that you have listed. I had lost 15 lbs before using the dvd and lost an additional 25 lbs after using 30 DS. Starting weight 200. Current weight 160.

    Did you buy the box set then? I'd definitely start with the Shred...not that it is easy, it really isn't. But I think it is the easiest out of the 4 as it was her first dvd of this kind. Ripped is suppose to be the follow up to it, so I'd prob do that next.

    I'm like you 'twin', fat even all over my body. Even doing these dvd's aren't getting rid of it (very frustrating) but I feel SO much stronger and fitter. And I'm sure my muscles are pretty toned...shame you can't see them under this layer of fat! :)

    i stared with 30 day shred and then ripped in 30. the next one you do probably doesn't really matter but maybe killer buns and thighs and then 6 week 6 pack... i would recommend 30 day shred first bc it's more of a beginner one. ripped in 30 just builds on that.

    yup Jen we have found another thing we are twinny about lol I think we must have been separated at birth lol height, waist, current weight (almost) goal weight and now to add to is BF distribution lol

    I did 30 Day Shred first with 3lb weights. Now I'm doing Ripped in 30 with 5lb weights. Next is P90X! I'm really happy with my results from Jillian videos. She found my abs!
