How is that for motivation!0 -
I'm just starting my third week on MFP and am starting to lose the initial enthusiasm that I started out with. I'm not giving up and I'm doing my best to log and exercise even when I don't feel it.
Please add me so we can help each other stay motivated!0 -
Anyone who needs a little motivation, I am more than willing to help. I am absolutely in love with working out, running is my boyfriend and Insanity is my guilty pleasure. PLEASE contact me if you have questions or want to know what I did to reach my weight loss goals. I'm 28 and the heaviest I've been is 163 lbs (I'm 5'3") and I am currently 134 lbs. I've worked to keep the weight off for 2+ years and I refuse to go back to my old habits. I started running 5k's and 10k's back in 2009 and I have never been happier. I am currently in training for my first half marathon (November 22) and I am so excited to help others on their weight loss journey. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!0

Add me if you like; I'm a good motivator. I'm an exercise maniac (usually); though I'm currently recovering from a back injury; I will be getting back in the game (slowly) on Friday..WHOO-HOO! It's been VERY hard not to run and do all the activities I'm used to.
I am 5'2"; my heaviest was 152, I lost 35 lbs (the healthy way; through proper diet - I try to follow low glycemic b/c I have problems with sugar...I'm addicted to it & exercise) and kept it off for 4+ years
I gained a little last year when we moved, built a house, our beloved cat passed away and we were living in a hotel for a few months; I'm back on track and not keeping those extra pounds on
I was anorexic at age 16, so If I see you eating too few calories...I'l be on your case for that too!0
