Ok so I have tried this 4 a week and s far its not bad. I have always kept a food journal when I try to lose weight b4 but now I wanna keep it for good! I am new to the website and just realized how to post something so lets see how it goes.....

I just joined myfitnesspal. I really need to lose at least 15 pounds. I want to lose it to feel and look better. I need to weigh in everyday to remind myself where I am. I'm hoping this site will help me find my way. Good luck to everyone joining, hope to be fit and fabulous before my next birthday.0
