    This is very inspiring to me because I am the same height and started at 200. Every time I get down to the early 80's or the high 70's, I end up quitting because I feel like I still have such a long way to go. Then I gain it all back. But your pics show what a huge difference 25 lbs can make. You look strong and fit at 180! You should feel so proud about all you have accomplished!

    You look awesome and very inspirational to me. I am the same height, but my SW was 315, but my GW is 180. Can't wait to get there myself. Keep it up!
