You look so much healthier and happier...congrats! So i'm curious, you lost an enormous amount of weight in an extremely short amount of time...did you have gastric bypass or lapband surgery?
No this was all natural - working out, eating right, and staying on track! (Low carb diet, 6 work outs per week, etc)
The only surgery I had to have was my gallbladder removed! Fast weight loss or gain can cause gallstones. It set me back about a month, but I still managed to keep the weight off! 0 -
