I'm ONLY 44 but add me if you would like to. I'm serious about this and try to be as supportive as I can. It's definitely challenging. I guess if it were easy, everyone would be doing it, right?0

Always happy to support and share. I've been fixing my weight for around 18 months now and am about 1.5Kg/3lbs off my target, so I would love to share/receive advice/encouragement about exercising and increasing calorie intake to a maintenance level. I am UK based and 51 (for the next few weeks - eek) Add me if you like, and best wishes and good luck to all.0

TMI or not thanks for sharing. I gained about 25 lbs in 2011 from side affects to medicine. I lost 18 lbs between January and April. The exercise and weight loss apparently set off something else. Now I have a lot of trouble doing anything but I am motivated and have doctors support. I have put on about 13 of that 18 lost. I would truly appreciate some motivation!0

I'm a 50 year old woman who made the decision to get back in shape about three years ago. I loved how it made me feel "like I'd taken a decade off". Unfortunately I keep putting half of it back on every summer and have to reboot in the fall. I am there again. I know how to get it off...I just don't know how to keep it off! Please add me as I could use an active friend to boost and be boosted by!0
