I actually had make the band on my heart monitor 2 inches smaller LOL

    I'd take that as a great NSV nothing small about 2" from your chest , wtg x

    yeah its a great feeling,
    i hadn't worn mine in a few weeks, and when i put in on on Tuesday it kept slipping down, so i tightened it an inch.
    I've also noticed that all my clothes have stretched. (my "skinny day" trousers keep falling down, I need to get a belt.)
