It is that time of year!
Hatch Green Chile…..It is that time of year! I love anything Hatch! My family puts hatch green chilies in everything from breakfast in our eggs, to lunch in our meats, to dinner with our potatoes. Not to mention Hatch Green Chile Chocolate Gelato for dessert!

I'm from New Mexico so EVERYTHING has chile on/in it ... my official start to fall feels like the moment I start smelling the roasting chile! MMMM! There's a chile festival coming up in ABQ that I'm interested in checking out!0
