    What an awesome transformation you have undergone with your weight loss. I can only imagine your self-confidence and the way you present yourself when you walk into a room full of people is absolutely no where at the same level anymore. You can shop for cute clothes anyplace you want and not have to go to "fat" women" stores. I am sure you have tons more energy to do what needs to get done now, and still have enough left over to play also. You do not have to be shy and try to get behind something or somebody when a camera is out. You don't have to worry if you will fit in a chair, or if it will hold you up and not break. Have you really counted all your blessings since you made the decision to take care of your body in a healthy manner??? You definitely should if you haven't!

    I can't wait to join you someday within the next year. I am down 47 pounds and 22 inches, but that is not enough to satisfy me. I will not quit until I get to my goal. Congratulations, for taking control of your own destiny!!! Save me a spot to sit beside you please.
