BMR confusion?

I know this is probably a fairly repetitive post, and I have read some peoples answers but it's always good to get a first hand response.
I have entered my details into online calculators and have received answers differing from 1700-2700 as my BMR.
So I guess this is a two part question,
1) Can someone please help me work out my BMR? and,
2) Do I need to eat minimum of my BMR calories per day to lose weight?
My details:
I am 5'11" and I weigh 206lb (want to get down to 169lb), I am fairly active - I walk about 30-60 minutes a day, am currently doing JM 30DS and go to the gym for 30-50minutes 3-4 times per week and play indoor netball twice a week.
Please help?

1) http://www.calculatorpro.com/calculator/katch-mcardle-bmr-calculator/ says BMR = 1580 at 40% body fat.
So your daily energy expenditure might be 1580 * 1.5 = 2370 with the exercise. Take 25% off that = eat 1780 for now. Recalculate as you lose weight. Add or subtract 100 or 200 if the results aren't what you expect (eg if the exercise calories is an overestimate).
2) No. There is no evidence to support the "eat your BMR" soundbite.0 -
http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/. This calculator seems to work for me. Just make sure you get the hours exercised added up correctly.0
