I quit, I need friends to keep me motivated

Tomorrow i plan on stopping eating so much, stop quitting and work it out. I work out 6 days a week at the Y, running 2 miles mon/ 3 miles wed/ and 4 mile fri with aerobics classes on tues/thurs and sat....and eating light and lean. Guess we will see how it goes, add me as a friend.

    Hey - let's do this together! I'm the one that wants to lose the weight yesterday that I've packed on over the years! Dont give up - I am just getting started (again :-) ... and would love some company!
