Hi my name is Kathleen. In the last year I have lost 55 pounds. I have maintained for the most part (gain a few, lose a few) for about a year, but I still have about 25 pounds left to lose. I am having a hard time getting back on track and do not want fall back on my old ways of eating and not exercising. I am hoping that my fitness pal will help me make good choices and help me get back to my losing ways.

MFP is an amazing website, very simple to use and with a great database for food calories. Try restricting your calories to no less than 1200 a day, and choose foods low in fat. I have only been on the site for a month and I have lost 19lbs! You should be able to get rid of that last 25 in no time0
