Sugar

Hello! I have been reviewing all my stats from the past few days, and I realized I have been over on sugar - most days.
I eat a lot of fruit, and most of my sugar comes from fruit. Should I be concered with the overages? Sometimes it is even over by 20 or 30 grams of sugar. Is the natural sugar in fruit something to be alarmed by, or is this the "good sugar"? Everything else is great: cals, fat, protein, sodium...all within my daily goal, but the sugar gets me! It's not like it is coming from candy bars and cake...just fruit.

Short answer: don't worry so much about the sugar from fruits, veggies, or other whole foods. You need to worry about the sugar that is added to your food.
For a longer explanation, check on this thread I posted a month or so ago. It has more details of why you are always going over.
